
Dubai plans to expand the metro with a new Gold Line. The project will be part of the long-term development of the city's transport system.

Where will the line go
According to the published plan, Gold Line will connect several key districts of the city at once, from new residential clusters to the central zones.
The route will run through:
- Jumeirah Village Triangle
- Jumeirah Village Circle
- Al Barsha South
- Dubai Hills
- Al Quoz
- Al Safa et Al Wasl
- Zabeel
- Bur Dubai
- Deira
There are also transfers to other metro lines, including the Red Line and Green Line, which will increase the connectivity of the entire network.
