A 10-year Golden Visa is available to investors who purchase real estate worth at least AED 2,000,000 (approx. USD 545,000).

• The property must be in a Freehold zone;
• The property can be off-plan (under construction);
• The purchase may be made through installments or a mortgage;
• The owner can include family members and household staff in the visa.

Note: The visa can be obtained after full or partial payment, depending on the developer’s terms.

• Government fee (including Emirates ID) — about AED 13,000;
• Medical test and insurance — from AED 700;
