According to DXB Interact, September 2025 saw record activity in Dubai's real estate segment. The number of transactions, the increase in average value and a sharp jump in interest in commercial premises and land plots all confirm the sector's steady dynamics. Below is the full analysis.

Conclusions: What's going on in the market?

1. Apartments are a key driver. More than 85% of all sales are in this segment.

2. Strong interest in sites and commerce. An increase of 66— 245% confirms investors' confidence in new projects.

3. Villas: sharing trends. There was a decline in the initial market, moderate growth in the secondary market: more and more customers are looking for ready-made houses.

4. Prices and rentals continue to rise. Especially in the resale segment, prices rose to 12.4% and rental rates increased by 6-10%.
